Here are a few things to double check when using a discount code on our website:
- Are you selecting one-time purchase at checkout?
- Our system only allows discount codes to be applied to one-time orders, not subscribe and save orders. If your order is a recurring subscription, a discount code will not work. - Are you located in the United States?
- The majority of our codes typically only work for the continental USA. However, locations are subject to availability based on the discount code that is being utilized. - Is this the only discount code you are trying to enter?
- Our system only allows 1 discount code to be applied per order, so if another code has already been applied, an additional discount code will not work.
