You will be charged at the time of purchase for any order or pre-order placed on our website. You will receive a confirmation email that is your receipt. We do not include receipts in the fruit box ordered if you are in the contiguous USA. You will then receive another email when the shipping label is printed by our Ship Team, but not until then. You will see movement on your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
